All products have a 1 Hour warranty. If you have any issues create a ticket and provide proof of your issues via imgur links. There are no refunds, only replacements and store credit for faulty products.

DO NOT write negative feedback before getting a reply from support or you will not get a replacement or refund. Simply make a ticket and get your product replaced. Please dont result to leaving negative feedback before the ticket is answered. Support may need up to 24 hours to reply.
